Bhutanese cooking with everyone's favorite Bhutan Broadcasting Service newscaster, Tshewang Dhendup.

Now you too can try the famous ema datsi, or chillis and cheese, the national dish of Bhutan. To go with it, you need some Bhutanese red rice, available at Berkeley Bowl for around $10/lb. If that seems a bit steep for village food, basmati rice will work just fine.
